Buttermilk Cake
Ingredients for the dough
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar (you will find it as "Vanillinzucker" in the supermarket)
- 4 cups of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 2 cups of buttermilk
Mix everything thoroughly.
Put the dough on a baking sheet.
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of grated desiccated coconut (Kokosraspel)
Spread on the dough and bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C
- 100 g butter
- 1 tumbler cream
Mix and bring to a boil and put the mixture on the baked cake.
